As a Certified Professional Inspector, our standard home, property or Real Estate Inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components.  Your Property Inspection report will include findings of any material defects discovered in an easy-to-read format, to include pictures and applicable thermal imagery. The report will also include recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement.  And our job isn't finished until you understand everything in your report, in order to make informed decisions about your investment.
